L'Hotel Bertelli sostiene l'iniziativa di allevare lo yak sulle Dolomiti di Brenta

Il Comune di San Lorenzo Dorsino insieme al Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta ed alla colaborazione di una Azienda Agricola del territorio ci tiene ad allevare questi bovidi erbivori rumiananti nel nostro territorio.
Originario dal nord del Tibet e dele regioni montagnosi della Cina, lo yak ha colonizzato ambienti particolarmente inospitali, posti ad altitudini elevate tra la tundra e le rocce.
Le caratteristiche dello yak riflettono la sua capacità di sopravvivere a temperature molto basse e ad altitudini ragguardevoli.
La longevità delle popolazioni tibetane viene attribuita al consumo della carne di yak come fonte nutrizionale primaria.

Finalità e vantaggi salutistici dell'allevamento di yak:

• L'allevamento ha la finalità di sviluppare la produzione di carni rosse "alternative" e biologicamente pure, con grandi vantaggi su aspetti salutistici e preventivi.
• Tosando l'animale si ricava come prodotto di reframing ottima lana a costi gestionali produttivi irrisori
• Lo yak presenta nel mondo animale il più elevato coefficiente di demolizione (38%)
• Ha una carne rossa ad alto potenziale energetico e di rendimento, dal gusto dolce e delicato, più leggera del bovino, non grassa, prima di agenti inquiantti e antibiotici.
• Elevata percentuale di olii Omega 3, acido stearico ed elevanta percentuale di proteine magre, minerali e vitamine.
• Bassa percentuale di amine biogene, grassi saturi, colesterolo, trigliceridi e calorie rispetto al bovino.
• Nessun additivo, nessuna traccia di ormone di crescita, steroidi anabolizzanti, coloranti artificiali, redisui chimici o mercurio.
• Non vengono nutriti con antibiotici ne mangimi di derivazione animale.
